How our form works:
1. Select your pick-up date, upload your bag photos, and pay a refundable $20 concierge fee*.
FYI pick-ups will be between 10AM - 6PM.
*The concierge fee includes both pick-up and return, and will go towards your service price if you proceed with any service (minimum $79). If we are unable to service your bag, we will issue a full $20 refund.
2. We'll email the final quote and e-invoice 2-3 business days after your bags are picked up and assessed in person.
3. Our specialists will restore your bags, with updates when needed, and arrange for a return once completed!
